Life Homes
What are Life Homes?
The Life Home Village is a place where children thrive. It’s a place where abused, neglected, and abandoned children are provided with the loving care and attention every child needs.
When our Sponsorship Program started in 2006, we quickly saw the lives of each child begin to improve, simply by receiving daily food, clean water, basic health care, and education. Just as quickly, our partners at Bombo Pentecostal Church recognized that some children did not progress at the same rate as others. We soon realized that the children still struggling had unstable home environments, often enduring physical, mental, or emotional abuse. BPC and Align worked together with their sponsors to build a home for these children so that all sponsored children could thrive. In 2012, our first Life Home was completed, followed by our second in 2013.
After witnessing the transformation that took place in the lives of the children living in the first two Life Homes, BPC and Align started to envision a Life Home community. And so, the Life Home Village was born. It is one of the biggest projects we have accomplished together and could only be realized through the generous support of our faithful donors.

Godfrey Ssekito
Today, with the help of his sponsors and our generous Scholarship Program supporters, Godfrey is in his final year at Gombe Community Polytechnic School where he is studying towards a certificate in Motor Vehicle Mechanics. We have already witnessed Godfrey’s incredible commitment to care for his siblings, and we look forward to seeing how God uses him to make an impact in his community.
