Abandoned by her mother at only five years old, Josephine is a special needs girl hoping to soon join a school that can properly support her. Her doctor says her biggest issue is delayed speech, which can resolve itself if she begins school and interacts with other students. Otherwise, Josephine is doing physically and emotionally well. She is currently staying with a foster family until she can board into a place for special needs students.
