Shami Trisha Nassanga
Shami's father died in early 2026 leaving her mother to support her children on her own. Shami's siblings left school when their father died. Shami's mother has no skills to support her children and works as a laborer when she can find work. To keep Shami in school she has at times resorted to borrowing money at a high rate keeping the family in poverty. Shami needs a sponsor to keep her in school, provide daily meals and medical care as needed.
