John Kirahire
John lives with his mother and two siblings in a rented home with no support from John's father. His mother is remarried and John's stepfather has no interest in supporting the children. She does not have consistent work to provide for her children and the family often goes days without a proper meal. John is malnourished and in poor health because of lack of consistent meals. John needs a sponsor to provide him with daily meals, medical care and school fees.
