Joy Rogers lived her life to the fullest, and as Christ gave us all a second chance, we want to give at least one child who is part of our Bombo community that same chance to live life to the fullest.  Joy lived the majority of her life in Orange County California but she spent this last year in Southport North Carolina.  What some people don't know is how big her heart was for our Bombo Uganda family, especially the little ones.  Joy was passionate and would not take no for an answer. She told God she wanted to go to Uganda, and in 2011 God answered. She went with Stacey, Don and Elaine.  On that trip, she came across 2 little ones (twins) who were very much in need. She would not allow the group to move on without trying to help these little ones (NO was not an option).  In 2020 God granted Joy one of her dreams, to go back to Uganda with her daughters Chloe and Hailey, where they could love on the children.
