Nusula was born to an HIV+ mother and lost her father as a young girl.  Nusula's mother works as a peasant farmer to provide for her children.  Nusula's mother falls ill frequently and struggles to make consistent income.  Despite her best efforts, Nusula's mother is unable to pay for school tuition and daily meals for her family.  Nusula was sponsored for years, but recently lost her sponsor.  As a student in the Tailoring Training Program, it is vital that she secures another sponsor soon so she can finish out her training and live a fully independent life.
